Rates and Reservations

To inquire about availability for your retreat, family reunion, 1st year anniversary, postponed wedding reception, or vow renewals, please check out our availability calendar and see if your preferred dates are open. To get a quote, you can email us, or complete our contact form. Our goal is to respond to all requests within 24 hours.

We offer a variety of options including exclusive rental of our entire property (lodging, meeting space, grounds and other facilities such as kitchen, dining hall, on-site parking, breakout rooms), lodging only and meeting space only (limited to weekday events).

Exclusive Rental means that only your group and our staff will be on site during your event. There is a minimum rate includes lodging, meeting space and use of facilities, etc.

Please note:

• For retreats with overnights, the period starts at 5 pm and ends at 4 pm on departure day.
• For overnight-only use, check-in is from 5 pm – 10 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.
• Mid-May to mid-October weekends (i.e., Fridays to Sundays) require a two night stay with exclusive use of the property.
• Meeting space for day only events starts at $500/day and covers up to 20 people from 10 am to 4 pm. Each additional person is @ $25
