• Custom design your beautiful tent, tables, chairs, linens, lights, dance floor with Bob Soucy at Special Events of New England, (our exclusive tent provider).
• Friendly Crossways in-house caterer, Chef Bill of William Ference Catering has been selected as our exclusive provider for your memorable reception meal.

• You can pick your own flowers (July and August) at Small Farm or Indian Head Farm in nearby Stow and Berlin.
• Local businesses that provide beautiful flower arrangements, centerpieces and bouquets are Flowers at Westcott Barn, Copper Penny Flowers, Michelle B Floral, and Westford Florists.

• Shuttle transportation from the hotels can be provided by Joey’s Limousine Service.
• Musicians! David Ross’ classical guitar would be a beautiful addition to your ceremony and cocktail hour. So would harpist Molly McCaffrey. Rock out your reception with solo vocals and guitar on up to an 8-piece band with Red Soda Band. For DJs, we like DupontDJs and DJKate.
